Christmas has always been merry and bright at Rockwell. The arches and columns of the Power Plant Mall are adorned with lights and ornaments. Its three towering festive Christmas trees are certified attractions that draw crowds from all over the city. But there’s one thing that makes Christmas at Rockwell all the more exciting and  rewarding: its much-awaited car raffle.

People from all over Metro Manila visit Rockwell every holiday season for a photo op of its grand Christmas trees displayed at Power Plant Mall.

The premiere real estate and lifestyle property is bringing back its highly-anticipated car raffle after a one-year break. A shiny new Land Rover Defender awaits the lucky winner of Rockwell’s signature Christmas car raffle, which is going digital this year, for a hassle-free and safe holiday experience.

A shiny new Land Rover Defender is parked under Power Plant Mall’s festive tree. The lucky winner of Rockwell’s digital Christmas car raffle will take the iconic vehicle home come Feb. 1, 2022.

Through The Rockwellist mobile app, shoppers can digitally drop their raffle entries with a few touches of the screen. The user-friendly and extensive app helps customers navigate through Rockwell’s establishments, pay for parking and shop through Rockwell On Demand. This buying assistance service makes Christmas shopping even more convenient as patrons can hunt for gifts and still get a chance to take home the iconic off-road vehicle, all from the comfort of their homes.

Starting Nov. 5, Rockwell patrons can start shopping for the holidays while earning their Christmas raffle entries. Aside from the chance of taking home the Land Rover Defender, shoppers who enter the digital raffle will also automatically accumulate points that can be redeemed for store rewards.

Rockwellist mobile app

Shopping for holiday gifts, earning points and joining the raffle has never been easy through The Rockwellist. Patrons need only to type the code from their customer receipt in their mobile app, which will automatically include them in the raffle and add reward points.

Entering the raffle is pretty easy, as promised. Customer receipts will come with a code, and the shopper needs only to type the said code into their Rockwellist mobile app. The shopper’s raffle entries and reward points will be recorded immediately in their account.

A P1,000 transaction in a single receipt purchase from any store within Rockwell Center—that includes retail stores in Manansala, Joya, One Rockwell, Edades and 8 Rockwell buildings—amounts to one raffle entry. Establishments not included are carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits and temporary shows.

Power Plant Mall shoppers, meanwhile, can get one raffle entry for every P2,000 transaction in a single receipt purchase from any store within the mall, except Marketplace by Rustan’s. Similarly, kiosks, carts and temporary exhibits are not included.

Those who do their grocery runs at Marketplace by Rustan’s can look forward to one raffle entry for every P3,000 spent in a single receipt purchase.

And for those who prefer to browse, add to cart and check out on Rockwell’s e-commerce website, shop.TheRockwellist.com, a P2,000 single receipt purchase is equivalent to one raffle ticket.

Customers have until Jan. 31, 2022 to enter the raffle. The lucky winner of the Land Rover Defender draw via digital raffle will be decided on Feb. 1, 2022.

To make the holiday tradition even more fulfilling, Rockwell will also give instant rewards like store discounts and freebies to members who spend P500,000 or accumulate 5,000 points on the app. The customer will also automatically become an Elite VIP member, which entitles him/her to perks that will be valid for one year.

For customers who are traveling outside the metro, or even just staying at home, they can still do their Christmas shopping and join the raffle through Rockwell On Demand. It’s like having a personal shopper that helps customers from browsing to shipping.

This service also allows patrons to have their gifts delivered to their loved ones in case they are abroad or out of town.

Rockwell has also lined up other festive activities for the holidays. There will be musical performances and holiday fairs by ArteFino, Spectrum and The Tasting Club on weekends from November until December.

Al fresco dining will also be set up in other Rockwell communities, from Santolan Town Plaza in San Juan, The Grove Retail Row in Ortigas to Arton Strip in Katipunan during the yuletide season.

Rockwell will also launch its holiday merchandise on its e-commerce site, shop.TheRockwellist.com. Customized insulated tumblers by Klean Kanteen, exclusive Rockwellist-scented candles and diffusers made by Scentsmith Perfumery, Christmas confections concocted by CMV Txokolat and a special limited edition tote will be available on site.

Christmas shopping has never been this easy, safe and rewarding. Best of all, the Rockwell tradition of giving away a luxury and award-winning vehicle, this time a Land Rover Defender, is back.
