Key NCR and South Luzon road infrastructures set to boost demand for Greenfield developments

Ramped-up transportation infrastructure investments are among key factors that underpin the growth of the country’s major regions such as Metro Manila and Southern Luzon. With the government’s over 100 infrastructure projects either completed or in the pipeline, increased connectivity and accessibility are fast driving the value of property surrounding these developments.

The partially operational CALAX cuts travel time between Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and SLEX to approximately 45 minutes from 90 minutes. Motorists have also been experiencing faster mobility because of the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road, which reportedly reduces travel time between the two expressways to 20 minutes.

Higher accessibility brought about by these mega infrastructure developments adds to what makes the 400-hectare Greenfield City extremely appealing.  A commercial and residential gem in Sta. Rosa and GDC’s banner development this verdant metropolis can be accessed via the Sta. Rosa Interchange, Eton-Greenfield exit, and Greenfield-Unilab exit.
