Passengers traveling to Camiguin are required to create an account on cleancamiguinqr.com and upload necessary documents, like a filled-out health declaration form, Cebu Pacific said.

They must also provide proof of complete COVID vaccination and present a negative RT-PCR test result taken at least 72 hours before departure if from Luzon and 48 hours if traveling from Visayas and Mindanao.

The Camiguin Airport reopened to visitors on Monday (Oct. 25) after the completion of comprehensive upgrades by the Department of Transportation and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.

Located in Mambajao, Camiguin, an island off the coast of northern Mindanao, the air gateway’s passenger terminal was expanded to accommodate 200 passengers at any given time from the previous capacity of 66.

This will also allow the gateway to accommodate about 300,000 passengers per year.
