Fasttrack is SAP PH Partner of the Year for the second year in a row
Fasttrack Solutions (Fasttrack) has been named SAP Partner of the Year 2020 – Philippines, replicating its feat the previous year amid the more challenging business environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The pandemic presents numerous business continuity issues for our existing and potential customers,” said Joseph Busmente, Fasttrack’s Senior Director for Enterprise Business. “It is a difficult time for everybody because the uncertainty greatly hampers businesses’ ability to plan and to execute these plans.”
“We are happy we are able to help Philippine businesses survive this tough period and prepare for the new demands and challenges in the future,” Busmente added.
Fasttrack’s competence has been widely acknowledged in and outside the Philippines for many years. It carries the distinction of being the first Filipino company to be given the status of SAP Platinum Partner and is a member of the United VARS, an elite group of SAP Platinum Partners counted among the leading solutions providers across the world.
Something right and of value
“In today’s pandemic economy, many of our customers and partners are struggling to get a firm foothold on the many challenges confronting their businesses,” said Kerwin Malabanan, Fasttrack Managing Director.
“This gives more meaning to our citation. Being named Partner of the Year for two years in a row is a validation we are doing something right and of value to our customers.”
According to Malabanan, helping customers in their digital transformation journey is the very substance of Fasttrack’s business. For such transformation to be effective, it must center on key business processes that make the business unique and competitive. Real value from digital transformation is only achieved when it bolsters the uniqueness of the company and makes it more competitive.
Because of this, the Fasttrack team operates on the principle that effective business process design is crucial to transformation, and that it takes precedence over any fancy software automation.
“Listening to our customers is our most important work,” Malabanan said, “followed by tireless, honest and passionate execution.”
Satisfied customers, a steady partner, committed team
This approach has served Fasttrack’s customers well and is responsible for making its satisfaction score the highest it has ever been.
This has also allowed Fasttrack to go live with many of its big customers in 2020, despite the limitations and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are grateful to SAP for their continuing support and strategic partnership with us over the years,” Malabanan said.
Being part of SAP’s Platinum Partner Program has also given Fasttrack a strategic position in bringing new and advanced innovations from SAP early to its customers, thereby maximizing their SAP experience and bringing to them measurable, practical, and timely results.
Malabanan also acknowledges the extraordinary commitment of the Fasttrack team as a major factor in clinching the award.
“Our consultants and employees also had to deal with their personal difficulties during this pandemic, but this did not stop them from doing a terrific job with our partners and customers,” he said.
“Our customers are the source of our inspiration in these trying times.”
In for the long haul
Fasttrack was established in 2005 with the goal of helping small and medium-sized businesses derive the same benefits from the SAP suite enjoyed by larger corporations. Since then, it has implemented solutions for over 400 customers of varying sizes and in different industries.
“It is our passion to introduce SAP digital transformation to companies in the Philippines regardless of size,” Malabanan said. “With the help of SAP, we are able to tailor-fit to our customers the right SAP Solution according to their size and complexity.”
As a result, Fasttrack has had the opportunity to see many of its customers grow their business, maximize their SAP benefits, and migrate to more advanced SAP solutions that will ensure their competitiveness for years to come.
Despite the pandemic, Fasttrack has had a tremendous year. Aside from Partner of the Year, Fasttrack also reaped three other awards: General Business Partner of the Year, SAP S/4HANA Partner of the Year, and DRS Partner of the Year – making them the most awarded partner in the Philippines.
“COVID or not, we believe in the potential of Philippine businesses, from the biggest enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses,” Malabanan said.
“Once this collective potential is unleashed, and after we have incorporated the lessons we learned from this pandemic, the Philippine business community will become even more vibrant – a sure driver of recovery and sustained growth.”
