Pump prices of diesel went down for the third time this year, this time by 35 centavos per liter while prices of gasoline were unchanged. Shell and Seaoil adjusted its prices at 6 a.m. Tuesday while Cleanfuel followed suit at 8:01 a.m. Shell and Seaoil also cut prices of kerosene by 45 centavos per liter. Dubai crude, the Asian bellwether, was at $63.90 per barrel as of March 18, down from $66.65 per barrel a week ago. —Ronnel Domingo
