Fiber internet company Converge ICT Solutions Inc. announced new products targeting businesses in a bid to further broaden its customer base.
These products include options allowing businesses to boost their internet use during varying periods of the day, sending files through a secure network and access to high-capacity network-to-network services.
“Because of the new normal, many business and enterprise owners have learned to shift their work into the digital space,” Converge ICT chief operating officer Jesus Romero said in a statement on Wednesday.
“Converge understands that business requirements are unique, thus we have created new products in our Enterprise segment to address specific connectivity needs,” he added.
Enterprise revenue
Converge’s enterprise revenue grew 15 percent to P2.26 billion during the first nine months of 2020.
The company is poised to go nationwide this year following the completion of a 1,300-kilometer domestic submarine cable that will link Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao via 20 landing stations.
Based on its latest financial filing, Converge posted a profit of P2.2 billion from January to September last year or a growth of 64 percent. Total revenue grew 67 percent to P10.68 billion. INQ
