PAL offers discounts for uniformed personnel

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Airlines (PAL) is offering discounts to Filipino uniformed personnel for domestic flights.

PAL said in a statement on Tuesday that members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) can avail of a 20 percent discount on certain fare brands.

The holiday discount will run until Dec. 31 this year while the travel period is until June 30, 2021.

PAL said the discount privilege will be applied on the base fare of its Economy Saver and select Supersaver Fare brands.

PAL said those who will avail of the privilege must present his/her AFP/PNP/PCG/BJMP identification.

This special offer applies to active AFP, PNP, and PCG Filipino personnel, PAL added.
