Despite the delay the quarantine has imposed on the developer, they still managed to complete the project in record timewith the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed.  “No accidents or mishaps during the entire duration of construction either. we’re proud of that because we value our people,” shares Jardin Wong, COO of Golden Bay Land Holdings.

With the COVID-19 pandemic still on-going, Aspire strictly adheres to the National Government Inter-Agency Task Force’s protocols. Aspire has a permanent in-house clinic and will have disinfectant booths and automated temperature measurement gateways that will monitor guests’ temperature and spray them with a mild disinfectant. Golden Bay has also installed touchless entry, facial recognition software, and a visitor management system, in addition to RFID cards, to limit contact with surfaces and among people.
