Arthaland, the country’s foremost developer of sustainable and green properties and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform offering over 175 fully-featured services from data centers globally, is working on the use of new technology to further enhance Emera Property Management’s delivery of services. Emera Property Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arthaland.

They are now developing Navis, an app that will offer a smarter way for contactless visitor registration and management in Sevina Park. All guests are required to register via the app to gain entry into the Sevina Park community, allowing for easier entry processing, guest tracking, and registration.

Sevina Park is Southeast Asia’s first and only master-planned mixed use community to achieve Platinum certification for both LEED for Neighborhood Development and LEED for Homes categories.

“We make sure all our developments adhere to the highest standards of excellence in design, quality, and green development, ensuring our customers’ future will be better because of how we do things today. We are very excited about working with AWS because it enables us to stay ahead of the technology curve,” said Oliver Chan, President of Emera Property Management.

Emera Property Management will manage every aspect of Sevina Park, from upkeep to day-to-day operations. Services offered include project and construction management services, looking for tenants, negotiations, preparation of contracts and documents, collection of payments, remittance and distribution of rental proceeds, management of properties for lease, and handling tenant concerns. Its team of professionals will ensure peace of mind for residents, and investors can relax while maximizing their earnings.

“Navis is scheduled to go live in the 3ʳᵈ quarter of next year, but kudos to the Arthaland team for planning to make Sevina Park a one-of-a-kind sustainable community,” said Bernard Chua, Territory Account Manager of Amazon Web Services.

Sevina Park is the first and only master-planned mixed-use community in Southeast Asia to achieve Platinum certification for both LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND) and LEED for Homes (LEED Homes) categories. Located in Metro Laguna, right beside De La Salle University Laguna Campus, Sevina Park is envisioned to become a sustainable, close-knit neighborhood that is only a few minutes away from the Laguna Boulevard interchange of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
