Rockwell Land developments will stand out impressively once more as its trademark Duralights will trace the silhouette of its vibrant communities.

Rockwell Land’s tradition lives on to spread some hope, cheer and optimism in these trying times.

While it knows this year’s holiday revelry will be vastly different, Rockwell continues with its trademark holiday aesthetics and bespoke Christmas celebrations that have consistently awed, enthralled and mesmerized patrons of the Power Plant Mall in Makati City.

“We know that Christmas isn’t going to be the same this year. But, we didn’t want our community to miss out on a favorite holiday, if only to bring some hope and optimism to everyone. Annually, our decor and the experience in the mall always bring cheer to a lot of people. We wish to give that same feeling this year despite the challenges. It warms our heart that in the past days, while setting up the decor, mall goers were taking snapshots and sharing how happy they are to finally feel joy and love, which is really the true spirit of Christmas,” explained Tracey Castillo, AVP for residential and retail development of Rockwell Land.

“We want Rockwellists, mall goers and residents alike to know that amid everything that’s happening, it’s a Rockwell Christmas after all. You can still catch your favorites that you look forward to annually and we hope to spark cheer,” Castillo added.

On Friday, Rockwell lit up its mall as it officially completed all your favorite installations—from its singing animatronics that continue to delight the young, the old, and in between, to those rich, hefty splashes of hues, predominantly of greens and silvers, accentuated by pops of red and gold. Add to that the massive Christmas tree, oversized ornaments, those festoons wound tightly around columns upon columns, and those bright lights that add sparkle to the holidays. In keeping with the times however, Rockwell decided to reuse some of its old decor.

Apart from this visual feast, Rockwell makes it a tad easier for everyone to shop for gifts via the shop.therockwellist.com, which is slated for launch mid-November. Electronic gift certificates, which can be used in all Rockwell projects, will be made available for purchase as well. Castillo further advises everyone to not skip on the love and cheer as we can celebrate within the Rockwell community in Rockwell.

“Al fresco dining is available streetside for your holiday milestones, a Christmas corner with the timely classics like bibingka and castanas, and of course, a wide array of Christmas options from your favorite stores. Everyone can still get snapshots of their favorite Rockwell Christmas,” Castillo added.

design and architecture. These outlines, in fact, have become “a staple holiday skyline favorite,” according to Castillo.Currently, Rockwell Land has a diversified property portfolio that includes its flagship community, Rockwell Center, in Makati City; upscale residences across the metro and in Cebu; as well as four premium grade offices in the cities of Pasig, Makati, and San Juan and Mandaluyong. More upscale residences are in the works in Metro Manila and the provinces of Laguna, Batangas, Cebu and Negros Occidental.

Rockwell indeed is bent on keeping its Christmas tradition alive in all of its developments, instilling hope and happiness among Filipinos amid these perilous times.
