The multi-award-winning brand held its Leadership Innovation Forum, popularly known as Lead-In, back in October 2019. The event, which harped on Project Eagle—the Globe Business thematic campaign, centered around the theme Catalyst: Igniting Your Influence—gathered over 500 top business executives from various industries across the country. Enterprise catalysts and influential thought leaders such as Benjamin Yap (Unilever Philippines Chairman and CEO), Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala (Ayala Corporation Chairman and CEO), and keynote speaker Kate Krukiel (Entrepreneur and Former Microsoft Global Director for Strategic Partnerships) shared industry best practices and insights during the forum.
