This pandemic has propelled most industries to integrate a digital business strategy. To stay ahead of the crisis, property developers are advised to strategize in developing a site, while homeowners should identify possible risks when choosing and buying a new home.
For property developers, having a masterplan of the project makes challenges less surprising and enables them to identify risks early on.
Part of being a successful property developer is the ability to look ahead, foresee potential target market options or any risks and consider how you can use your resources to address them. Your ongoing business strategy is a continuous exercise to undertake as you strategize, execute and grow.
An analysis of the property’s strengths, weaknesses and technological factors is also vital to ensure that you will be able to give the right response to questions about the property. This, in turn, creates a positive impact on potential buyers.
In most cases, property developers should also have a thorough understanding of the political, economic, social and technological factors that could potentially affect your business landscape. Moving forward with these times, digital is the fastest way to go in presenting your business, your property or your product.
For homebuyers, proper research will help them come up with better decisions, especially in terms of the timing of buying property.
For homeowners and homebuyers, planning is simply another way of thinking ahead. Right now, while you are not in the immediate market to buy or sell, think about the possible options for the best property to live or invest in. Think about the financial, personnel and family resources you might need to keep the new acquisition in line with your strategy.
Always keep a long term perspective. After careful planning and strategizing, it is wise to invest in property and acquisitions like paintings, antiques and other stock market options.

During Preview Week, I was able to chat with León Gallery owner Jaime Ponce de Leon and share our favorites at the gallery. Co-presented by ANCX, the León Gallery auction, launched in 2013, continues to make headlines in the art stratosphere with its broad spectrum of offerings—from Filipino old masters to rising contemporary artists.
After my short visit, I wanted to view the pieces more closely so I went on the amazing 3D virtual preview of The Magnificent September Auction 2020’s set of coveted masterpieces and antiques. This is the most detailed virtual tour I have ever visited with so many features like dollhouse view, floor plan view and measurements per artwork and furniture.
Zeroing in on my favorite pieces like the “Cage” by Ronald Ventura, “Tila” by Mark Justiniani and “Peace Routes” by Jose Joya, the virtual walking tour made me appreciate the pieces even more. This digital platform is excellent for art lovers, collectors and first-time auction buyers. I see the future of even house tours being done this way to highlight different areas of the home.
Exhilarating pieces from National Artists for the Visual Arts Fernando Amorsolo, José Joya, BenCab, Cesar Legaspi, H.R. Ocampo and Ang Kiukok are on the block alongside works by masters Lee Aguinaldo, Juvenal Sanso, Mauro Malang Santos, Romulo Galicano, Fernando Zobel and Juan Luna.
The September auction is the second major alliance between León Gallery, the country’s most trusted auction house, and ANCX.ph, the urban man’s guide to style and culture, the online lifestyle site of ANC, the ABS-CBN News Channel.
