Globe myBusiness holds first ever G Summit for MSMEs
Globe myBusiness celebrates its iconic National G Day by empowering Filipino Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the first-ever G Summit 2020—Usapang Diskarte: Pivot your Business to Success.
Set on September 23 via the Shoor platform, the G Summit aims to bring Filipino businesses together to unleash their inner “diskarte” and pivot their business to success.
During the virtual event, business owners will gain invaluable insights from local and international experts such as #1 Most Booked Innovation Speaker and New York Times bestselling author Josh Linkner, Google Philippines Business Development Manager Flo Yeow, and Taxumo Co-Founder and Manila Workshops Founder Ginger Arboleda.

MSMEs are considered to be one of the most hard hit during this global health crisis, after being subjected to mandatory business closures in adherence to strict quarantine guidelines—all while ensuring business continuity and employee safety. In a study conducted by PWC Philippines Startups and the impact of COVID-19 last May 2020, 49% of start-ups have started to offer new products and services during the enhanced community quarantine.
