Practical home finds in the North

/ 04:12 AM September 12, 2020

Things are looking up for the North as the government makes it ripe for investment.

The Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway, for one, drastically cuts the travel time from Manila to Pangasinan and La Union. Other projects are increasing connections among key locations within Central Luzon. Train tracks are extending to as far as Clark in Pampanga, San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan and Subic in Zambales. Clark International Airport became even more attractive, while another airport is taking shape in Bulacan. New Clark City will increase landings for both projects.

“Build, Build, Build” will further spread progress from the capital to Central and North Luzon, and steadily raise the value of land and the benefit of investing in a home up north. Here are great addresses up for grabs from property developer Sta. Lucia Land.

Dream resort life

Also in Cabanatuan City is Acropolis North, which features metropolitan estates, a commercial complex, and a sports and country club. Another plus is the water camp with tower slides and a lazy river. It is the archetypal resort life. In the off chance that you would look for more, your home would be near the city proper and a few hours away from the urbane comforts of Manila, duty-free stores of Pampanga, sunny beaches of Zambales and cool weather of Baguio.

Green, easy-breezy address

Nearby, and thus sharing strategic location as a strength, is Don Jose De Real Cabanatuan. If your dream is to live in a secure, elegant home that embraces nature and the easy-breezy life, this fits you. Drive or bike on the wide concrete roads. Get awed by the expanses of greens around. Hone relationships at the clubhouse or the tennis and basketball courts. Everything becomes more meaningful in the rustic neighborhood.

Unprecedented access

Anticipating the influx of dynamism in Bulacan is Sta. Lucia Land’s Mira Verde in Guiguinto. With the same consideration for accessibility, it is located along MacArthur Highway, just 28 kilometers from Metro Manila. Without looking beyond the gated community, one will appreciate the good life. Mira Verde provides the same topnotch homes, lots and amenities expected of the trusted developer. Pick a house-and-lot package or buy a lot and take charge of the home construction. The address itself is a win.
