Letty Tan
Lucia “Letty” Gonzales Tan, partner of business tycoon Lucio Tan and mother of LT Group president Michael Tan, passed away on Monday at the age of 77.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Tan family requested family and friends to offer prayers for Tan, who had lost her battle to a lingering illness.
The family described her as a “jolly and doting mother and grandmother.” She was also cited as a “warm, friendly and affable spouse.”
“Our mom will always be remembered for her kindness and big heart. We will all miss her. May the Lord God bless her soul as she joins Him in heaven,” the Tan children said.
She is survived by Lucio Tan, 86, and children: Michael and Angeline; Sharon and Edgard; John and Nancy; Cherry and Alfred; Timmy and Christine; and her beloved grandchildren.
Wake will be at Chapel 3 of Heritage Park Memorial Chapel in Taguig City from September 2 to 7 10AM to 6PM. Interment will be on September 8, 11 AM at Chapel 3, Heritage Park.
