We hope our design accomplishes that—creating a landscape that achieves this brilliance in design,” Villa-Real further explained.
According to Villa-Real, the Creators Park will be a combination of indoor and outdoor areas, to be connected through clean curves of paving material that creates a soft naturalistic aesthetic. Indoor areas have facilities for recreation and work while the outdoors will feature spaces that allow the mind and body to rest through therapeutic elements such as lush greens and water.
“We designed the outdoor area in a way that it’s inviting for all residents … (There’s) nothing like the sound of water feature providing an oasis-like experience within the bustling metropolis,” she added.
SMDC has centered on three main uses for its amenity deck: wellness, productivity and socialization. Future residents will get to enjoy wellness facilities that include outdoor and indoor gyms, the Calisthenics Tract (a yoga deck), jogging path, and swimming pools. And to ensure that you would also have conducive spaces for work within this vertical community, SMDC will also feature a co-working space called The Concord; a breakout area meant for informal meetings, dubbed the Idea Zone; and a meditation area or the Visionary’s Corner, where you can take quick breaks from work and get reenergized anew.
