In 2019, in time for the Company’s 25th anniversary, it announced seven tower completions, a total of 2,180 completed units, 37 CSR programs, 4,000 families helped, and financial growth of 15% increase worth P615 million. All these contributed significantly to this timely recognition.

Empire East is committed to providing our stakeholders with only the best quality of services. All these awards and recognitions are because of the stakeholders who continue to believe in us. It is a testament of our steadfast commitment to helping improve our service to the homeowners,” shared Empire East President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu.

In the previous year, the same award-giving body recognized Yu as the only Filipino from the real estate industry who bagged the ‘Outstanding Leaders in Asia’ award, solidifying his discipline, leadership, and contributions to an ever-growing company.

Empire East will be celebrating its 26th year in business this month with the thrust on Sustainability and Resiliency in consideration of building more intelligently developed communities for aspiring homeowners of the future.
