Wilcon has provided sanitizing shoe bath at the entrance of its stores.
Businesses are adapting quickly to the changes brought by the COVID-19 situation just like my favorite home retailer, Wilcon Depot, as it seeks to continue serving Filipino communities and their home improvement and building needs.
In-store safety measures
Wilcon Depot is back to provide the needs of every homeowner and builder nationwide, but has made sure to provide a safe and convenient shopping experience. It strictly implemented measures to make its stores and corporate offices safer and healthier. These include temperature scans; provision of sanitizing shoe bath; strict implementation of no mask, no entry policy; and provision of hand sanitizers and alcohols. Proper social distancing is also observed with queue marks and indicators placed one meter apart within the store premises.

Wilcon stores are regularly cleaned and sanitized as well while employees were provided with gloves and face shields. Safety partitions were also installed in areas where face-to-face transactions are conducted.
New shopping options
Wilcon recently introduced its Browse, Call, and Collect/Deliver shopping option to allow its customers to shop for their home improvement and building needs through the Wilcon website or online shop. Customers can call/text/Viber to place their orders, and after they get a confirmation, they can pick up their purchases from the store or have these delivered to their homes. Wilcon now also provides contactless payment options such as bank transfers, GCash and PayMaya for customers’ convenience.
Customers can sanitize their hands with alcohol at Wilcon stores.

After months of being under quarantine, I know everyone has become more concerned about home hygiene, and of course, excited to improve and renovate their spaces. You can get home cleaning essentials from Wilcon, including sanitizers and alcohols, cleaning detergents, hand gloves, mops, vacuum and foot bath, among others. You can expect to find top-of-the-line product selections ranging from tiles, sanitarywares, plumbing, furniture, home interior, building materials, hardware, electrical, appliances and other DIY items.
