With this development, we also assure everyone that we are adopting the necessary measures to keep our customers, employees, and partners safe from the COVID-19 virus while inside our facilities,” said Bernard Llamzon, Globe Executive Vice President for Channel Management.

The Stores will handle consumer bill payments, GCash cash in, replacement of lost or defective SIM cards, return and replacement of handsets and other devices, selling of prepaid products (SIM cards, call cards, Home Prepaid WiFi, Autoloadmax, digital connectors, among others),  reconnection of suspended accounts, requests for call unbarring, application for mobile and broadband postpaid services, renewal of postpaid accounts, reactivation of terminated accounts, and change of account ownership.

After-sales concerns will continue to be supported by GlobeOne App,  Globe At Home AppGCash App, TM App, and https://www.globe.com.ph/contact-us.html.
