Enrique Razon Jr.

The group of tycoon Enrique Razón Jr. is donating P60 million worth of personal protective equipment  (PPEs) and N95 masks to the Department of Health, to help medical front-liners in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc. (BCFI), the corporate social responsibility arm of Solaire Resort & Casino, the group has also committed to procure 100,000 test kits to help shore up the government’s supply for testing COVID-19.

BCFI’s shipment of PPEs and N95 equipment is due to arrive late next week, and will be distributed to medical front liners in various hospitals dealing with COVID-19 patients through the Department of Health.

BCFI has also applied with the Food and Drug Administration for the necessary permits for three different COVID-19 testing kits currently available in China and South Korea. As soon as the clearances and permits are issued, BCFI will procure 100,000 of such test kits.
