Cunningham Lindsey Philippines (CLP) rebrands to Total Claims Specialist (TCS)
Formerly Cunningham Lindsey Philippines, the independent claims specialists have rebranded as Total Claim Specialists (TCS). Following the appointment of new Country Head, Nick Higson, and supported by long term President, Valentino G Aboy, the rebranding allows TCS to continue its expansion within the Philippines and overseas.
Higson was previously the Regional Leader of the Major and Complex Loss team for the global adjusting company responsible for 9 countries. However, recognizing the growth opportunities in the Philippines, he joined CLP – now Total Claim Specialists (TCS), as Country Head in June 2018. Higson has significant experience leading Large Loss teams throughout the Asia-Pacific at some of the highest-profile recent insurance events.
According to Higson, “For insurance claims services to work in the Philippines, local regulations strictly require International Insurers, Reinsurers and Loss Adjusters to partner with a Philippine-based company for legal compliance. We have extensive knowledge not only in the Philippines but also in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia. We have vast direct experience in handling some of the most significant insurance events in Asia and providing individual solutions for our clients following those events.”
He adds, “For over 25 years TCS was the sole preferred agent of a single global client. Now, we are pleased and able to offer our services to all interested clients, not just one. We have rebranded as an independent, stand-alone business, to provide a more direct and solution-focused service. We look forward to working closely with all our partners both in the Philippines and overseas.”
TCS was initially founded by Ricardo T Veloso. It is a professional organization of qualified independent insurance claim specialists with a wealth of knowledge spanning nearly 50 years experience of doing business in the Philippines and globally.
Total Claim Specialists is located in the Makati central business district (National Life Building Ayala Avenue) but will move this April to its new address at Nex Tower, 6786 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.”
