The completion of two big-ticket infrastructure projects by the Duterte administration – the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 and the LRT-1 Extension – will make the South even more ideal for potential residents and investors alike, according to a leading property developer.
The revised target completion of the Skyway Stage 3 will drastically cut travel time to Alabang, Las Piñas and Cavite from Metro Manila and the northern provinces and vice-versa starting July. Meanwhile, as the LRT-1 Extension to Bacoor, Cavite, from Baclaran, seeks to start partial operations by December 2021, Alabang and Las Piñas will again be ever closer to Makati, Entertainment City and the rest of Metro Manila via the Las Piñas and Zapote stations.
According to Cathay Land President Jeffrey Ng, these two important transport projects should significantly boost the prospects of his company’s mixed-use residential project, Ananda Square at Alabang-Zapote Road, in the eyes of discriminating investors and potential residents.
“With the drastically shorter travel time via the Skyway and the LRT-1 Extension for those who work in Makati and Entertainment City and the same short ride back home, investors and aspiring homeowners should start considering Ananda Square as a perfect base,” Ng declared.
Now on the pre-selling stage, Ananda Square is set for turnover starting 2023 and will thus be ready once industrial locators have started building or operating and their executives and senior staff have started looking for properties to rent or buy near their workplace.
By then, both the Skyway Stage 3 and LRT-1 Extension are both fully operational and thus, residents will enjoy the benefits of southern living in Ananda Square.
Strategic Location
Ananda Square is strategically situated, such that it is midway between the commercial centers of Robinsons Place Las Piñas and SM Southmall. Meanwhile, Alabang Town Center is a short drive away.
Parents can also send their children to Alabang and Las Piñas’ prestigious institutions, such as as De La Salle Zobel, PAREF Woodrose and University of Perpetual Help. Churches are also nearby, while the airport is a short drive away via SLEX or CAVITEX.
Ideal Business Site
Business owners can also look into leasing commercial space in the first three floors of Ananda Square’s Towers A & B. These spaces are ideal for restaurant operations, coffee shop, fast food, laundry, water refilling stations and the like. Both towers are strategically located right along Alabang-Zapote Road and will thus provide easy access to motorists, students and residents along this busy thoroughfare.
“Our strip mall does not only provide convenience to Ananda Square residents and residents of the greater Alabang and Las Piñas communities, but it will also provide avenues for enterprising individuals to set up their small- and medium-sized business right in the comforts of their home. You can easily attend to business and home needs via a short elevator ride,” Ng declared.
The first of Ananda Square’s four towers is a 20-storey mixed-use building. All in all, Ananda Square will total about 700 units, mainly studio and 1-bedroom suites. Meanwhile, only 40 commercial units are planned for development.
Resort-Style Amenities
Since the South is famous for its more laid-back style of living, Cathay Land was inspired to come up with resort-style amenities to further the residents’ lifestyle.
Various pocket gardens line selected floors across all four towers, allowing for natural sunlight and fresh air to circulate. An open-air courtyard will serve as a communal area for residents to enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views set amidst lush and verdant surroundings.
Meanwhile, the Aquatrium is a sparkling oasis. Granny can just lounge around at the Pool Deck, sporty teens can do intense swimming training at the Lap Pool, while toddlers can enjoy throwing some kicks at the Kiddie Pool.
“The Aquatrium is a unique amenity in Cathay Land’s residential developments. We hope that future residents of Ananda Square will enjoy its distinct resort feel,” Ng shared.
Other amenities in the well-planned development are a study lounge and a Social Hall for hosting banquets for those special occasions.
Best Pricing
Making Ananda Square even more ideal for business owners, aspiring homeowners and investors is its attractive pricing scheme: currently at around P98,000 per square meter. A 24-sq.m. studio unit starts at P2.8 Million, whereas a 32.63-sq.m. 1-bedroom unit goes for up to P3.2 Million. Bigger spaces are available at the two penthouse floors where buyers have option to combine adjacent units.
For Ng, “Now is the perfect time” for business owners and investors to be part of the South’s growth trajectory by setting up their base at Ananda Square. For more information on Cathay Land’s Ananda Square project, please call 8878-0178 or visit www.anandasquare.com.
