Tycoon Andrew Tan-led property developer Megaworld Corp. has brought P1.4 billion worth of new residential condominium inventory to Cavite’s property market with the launch of a new building in Maple Grove township in General Trias, being groomed as a new central business district.

The 16-storey La Cassia Residences, the second residential development inside the 140-hectare Maple Grove, is preselling 238 units which are due for completion in 2025.

“Inspired by nature’s grand design, La Cassia Residences will not only offer complete lifestyle experience for its residents but also a prime address surrounded by natural foliage while introducing the beauty of the outdoors into each home. Even the amenities will complement the lushness of its surroundings,” Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing at Megaworld, said in a press statement.

The upcoming building will offer studio units ranging from 27.5 to 33 square meters (sq m), one-bedroom units ranging from 40 to 49.5 sq m and two-bedroom units ranging from 79.5 to 88 sq m. —DORIS DUMLAO-ABADILLA INQ
