Three leading Philippine real estate companies recently received recognition at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019 held at Park Hyatt Bangkok in Thailand.
The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards recognizes the best regional real estate companies, from leading developers and projects to real estate agents and companies that contribute to the growth of the sector.
Grand Land, represented by its president Ryan Go, was conferred the Best Mid Range Condominium Development Award for Amani Grand Citygate Davao. Located in Davao City, the Amani Grand Citygate is a P2.5-billion project within a 2.8-hectare area along Buhangin-Cabantian road. It will consist of four mid-rise residential towers.
Santos Knight Frank, represented by assistant manager for residential services Marievie Gimena, was recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s Best Real Estate Agency for 2019. One of the most trusted property consultants by industrial occupiers and investors in the Philippines, Santos Knight Frank provides a wide range of real estate solutions such as advisory, transactional support, facilities management and appraisal, among others, over the last 25 years.
SM Development Corp. also won Best Township Development for Gold Residences. Dot Property Philippines country manager Tanya Yu accepted the award on behalf of SMDC. The Gold Residences is an 11.6-ha masterplanned community across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The concept for SMDC’s first township is to be the gold standard where modernization, dynamism, innovation and prestige converge.
Dot Property CEO Matthew Campbell, commercial director James Claassen, and director for events and international markets Adam Sutcliffe were present to confer the awards and congratulate the winners.
The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019 was attended by the outstanding industry professionals from the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. The Awards is on its fourth year and is part of the Dot Property Award Series.
