Staying true to its vision of creating an “overflowing life experience” for residents, boutique developer Livingsprings Communities Realty & Development Corp. launched its second project, 10 Acacia Place.
Rising along P. Tuazon in Quezon City, 10 Acacia Place will rise 10 stories high and house 184 units, assuring future residents of privacy, personal space and “freedom from the crowd.”
“We designed 10 Acacia Place with a Pacific modern aesthetic. This theme is specifically found in tropical countries throughout the Pacific like the Philippines, with wood finish and glass. Every detail is close to my heart and we hope that with the property, each resident will have an overflowing life experience,” explained Arch. Monique Albert-Lopez, managing director of Livingsprings and principal architect of M.Cal Architecture & Design.
According to Albert-Lopez, careful consideration is given to the location, the people in the area and the latter’s needs.
“We define it and then we make an architectural design that’s uplifting. We have to make sure that it gives the resident the feeling of being at peace,” she said, adding that the goal of Livingsprings is for its unit owners to be happy in the community they live in.
It has been this developer’s thrust to design communities with greater living spaces and privacy, enhanced security and convenience, and easy accessibility to urban comforts while still providing an escape from the stresses of city life.
Founded in 2007, the family-owned Livingsprings Communities is the same developer behind Tres Palmas in Taguig. The Mediterranean-style residential cluster features three towers with 8 stories each. It features a gym, garden, pool, sky deck, barbecue area and pocket lounge areas, allowing residents to either relax or have a boost of much needed endorphins through exercise.
10 Acacia Place offers spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, each fully painted and fitted with flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures. Units are designed to be flexible in such a way that a unit owner can turn his studio unit into a one-bedroom if he wishes to do so after turnover.
Unit owners are promised utmost security with the RFID exclusive access and 24-hour security service. At the hotel-like, lofty and spacious lobby is a concierge which can assist residents for transportation, housekeeping and maintenance needs.
This low-density high rise also features a pool, gym, sky deck with a jogging path and meditation area, to encourage residents to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Albert-Lopez can already imagine 10 Acacia’s millennial residents hanging at the swimming pool lounge with their gadgets.
On top of 10 Acacia Place is the function room which, when lit at night will give a “lighthouse effect” to the property.
“We want it to be a symbol of hope to everyone around so when they see it they’d be in a good mood. It’s like a beacon of hope,” shared Albert-Lopez.
Proof that its end-users are only getting the best at 10 Acacia Place is the property’s five stars from the 2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards. Livingsprings won double awards—the only developer in the country to do so—for its newest project as it bagged the Best Apartment/Condominium and Architecture Multiple Residence for the Philippines.
“It is a joy that our hard work has paid off, and it is even more special because it is our first time to join a competition and to have the honor of bringing home two awards,” said Albert-Lopez. “At Livingsprings, excellence is one of our core values. These awards inspire us to continue on the journey toward excellence.”
