Manaois is new Customs Piers inspection chief

MANILA, Philippines–Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guererro and Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez have designated a new head of the Piers and Inspection Division.

Dr. Siegfred L Manaois, a multi-awarded senior customs officer and former deputy collector for operations of Subic Port,  will now serve as head of the Piers and Inspection Division of the largest port in the country, Collection District II-B.

Manaois, Supported Subic District Collector Maritess T Martin in all her programs and policies, that contributed in the Port’s success in hitting the 2019 collection target.

While serving as head of operations in Subic, he also received numerous commendations from the Bureau of Customs, SBMA, Clark Devt Corporation, Board of Investments, from the Office of Senator Emmanuel Pacquiao and even from the United States Marine Corp., citing the policies he enforced and implemented in relation with Trade Facilitation and Border Protection.
