New Casa Bella home opens

Ten fruitful years of delivering world-class furniture to the Philippines, Casa Bella has no doubt shaped the industry since 2009.

Rooted from its humble beginnings, the passion for quality design and sophistication had inspired a young couple to make their vision come to life. From being bright-eyed and passionate newly-weds, power couple entrepreneurs Joseph and Stephanie Coyiuto-Tay have now opened a new flagship showroom for Casa Bella along Jupiter St. in Makati City.

Housed in this five-storey building are seven distinct European brands for designer furniture namely Cassina, Moroso, Kettal, Henge, Cattelan Italia, Ditre Italia and Novamobili. Each of these brands bear a unique identity, offering versatility in style in every home.

Cassina, an Italian brand founded in Meda, transcends functionality and design through its traditional yet functionally modern pieces. Working with some of the leading designers in the industry such as Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlote Perriand, Franco Albini, etc., it has offered the industry with timeless pieces.

Moroso, with an artistic and a more playful personality, has worked with designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Ron Arad, Johannes Torpe and much more. Personifying itself through its contemporary design and distinctive pieces, Moroso can light up any space and start any conversation.

For a more al fresco feel, Kettal remains the world leader in timeless outdoor furnishings through its durable and all-round furniture. Kettal has tied up with world-renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Rodolfo Dordoni, Doshi Levien, Ronan + Erwan Bouroulles, etc. Based in Barcelona, Spain, its pieces manifest the tropical oasis that is the Philippine landscape.

Illuminating ambient furnishings and accents through innovation and technology to any space, Henge meanwhile utilizes quality materials which are selected and sourced globally.

In addition to the array of Italian brands available at Casa Bella is Cattelan Italia, boasting of luxurious modern furnishings by ensuring technological sophistication and Italian craftsmanship in their pieces.

Ditre Italia manufactures upholstered furniture with an aesthetic take in Italy. Popular in international markets, it has been delivering quality and excellence through its upholstered sofas and accessories.

Novamobili, born in Pieve di Soligo, Italy, devotes its craftsmanship on improving the space that people occupy on the daily—wardrobes, closets and entertainment systems.

New concept

In addition to the launch of the Casa Bella flagship showroom, a new concept called the Fig and Vine Floral Studio was created by Stephanie Coyiuto-Tay. Focused on creating beautiful blooms for moments that matter, she wanted to light up every moment people had with their friends and family. The studio can be found in the showroom, offering made-to-order blooms at your convenience.

Over the course of a decade, Casa Bella, with the help of its loyal brands and trusted clients, has had the pleasure of offering the country with timeless design and world-class standards. With that, it was only necessary for the dynamic duo, Joseph and Stephanie, to launch their new home last Nov. 26.

Esteemed guests made their way to the grand opening of the building, celebrating the 10th anniversary as well as the grand opening of their newly-built home.

Standing tall with an illuminated façade, Casa Bella is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to its new main showroom, Casa Bella is also located at The Alley, Karrivin Plaza, 2316 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Makati City, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
