No better is this affirmed than through The Outlook 2019: Philippines Buyers’ Choice Property Awards, presented by Lamudi and co-presented by Philippine Daily Inquirer Property and Holcim.
Its first win is the Best Premium Condominium of the Year 2019 for Luzon. The citation is presented to a premium condominium project in Luzon (with an average unit price between P100,000 and P180,000 per square meter) that combines quality and value with high-end concept and design.
The award went to Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, set to rise along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati, a hot address for on-the-go professionals. The location makes it near offices, schools, commercial establishments, parks and museums.
Units have floor space between 23.30 sqm and 38.2 sqm ready for telephone, cable television and internet. Toilet fixtures are water-efficient. The building features include a central lobby, CCTV in common areas, fire alarm and protection mechanisms. It has a rainwater harvesting facility and uses low solar heat gain glass windows.
Amenities include a clubhouse, multifunction area, open lounges, a pool and play area for kids, an indoor gym, jogging path and wellness area.
Dominating the category of Best Affordable House in Luzon is Avida Southfield Settings Nuvali. The award recognizes the affordable housing project in Luzon (with an average unit price of up to P50,000 per sqm) that best matches moderate pricing with excellence in concept, design, amenities and facilities.
Homes range from 52 to 85 sqm. The whole development has a one-hectare amenity area with a multipurpose hall, adult and kiddie swimming pools, a basketball court, children’s park and playground, and landscaped parks and open spaces.
In the 2018 edition of The Outlook Awards, Avida Land’s Asten Towers was named Best Premium Condo of the Year for Trust and Reputation of Developer in Luzon.
The awards add to an extensive haul of recognitions from different award-giving bodies in the Philippines and abroad.
