The Swiss-themed community in Tagaytay City kicked off the season with “Christmas Stories in Crosswinds” on Oct. 26—signaling that, indeed, ’tis the season to be jolly for all the kids and kids at heart.
All the merriment, prepared by Brittany Corp., began with Santa Claus landing on the iconic Trone Giant Chair, after which, the venue lit up with a moving display of stories which featured elves busy in the gift factory, Santa riding his sleigh, and friends and families celebrating this festive season together.
At the finale, everyone delighted in the grand fireworks and snow display, while Santa Claus was all merry and bright for the photo-ops.
Crosswinds is a masterplanned community inspired by the architecture of Switzerland. Chalets embrace the highland terrain south of Manila while more than 20,000 pine trees further evoke the Alpine milieu.
Various enclaves offer different iterations of the same luxury to residents. The Swiss Quadrilles have four homes to a structure, each with three storeys to afford dwellers the indulgence of space.
The Grand Quartier is a medium-rise condominium highlighting Tagaytay’s lush landscape. Deux Pointe is a row of duettos or two-homes in a structure. Custom Home Sites offer personalization for each chalet.
The yearend affair is also a celebration of continued growth and development for the Crosswinds property.
Panotes noted: “Construction of the first two buildings of midrise cluster Alpine Villas and the road works for The Terraces of Lausanne are in full swing. Also, a branch of the Instagrammable Coffee Project is set to open next year. We are also setting our sights on a bigger events place and a hillside chapel to accommodate more weddings and other functions.”
Vista Villas will be a collection of four- to eight-storey low-rise homes hidden from the bustle of Tagaytay yet still conveniently close to the popular getaways. The Terraces is a rolling 24-hectare development featuring six enclaves, parks and playgrounds, an infinity pool, hanging pavilions, and hiking, mountain bike and ATV trails, to name a few.
Brittany Corp., a member of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc., has built an unparalleled portfolio in the high-end segment. It has brought global taste to the Philippine shores with its themed residential projects. With Crosswinds, it has five other luxurious developments namely Portofino and Amore in Alabang; La Posada in Sucat; and Georgia Club and Augusta in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
