Mang Inasal, one of Jollibee Food Corporation’s (JFC) fastest-growing brands, recently celebrated another milestone with the opening of its 591st branch along Quezon Boulevard in the heart of Manila City. Now already nearing 600 branches nationwide, this new store opening demonstrates the Filipino’s continuing love affair with the brand.
JFC Founder and Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong led the ceremonial store opening together with Mang Inasal’s Metro Manila Regional Business Unit Head Tes Lacuna, joined by honorary guests – Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Vice-Mayor Honey Lacuna.
The opening of the Quezon Boulevard branch signifies the start of “The Journey” to Mang Inasal’s 600th store milestone. The event commenced with the unveiling of a customized Pinoy jeepney artwork designed by abstract artist, Paulina Luz Sotto. The jeepney symbolizes the journey of Mang Inasal towards becoming a national icon in the quick service restaurant industry, with its truly Pinoy offerings and celebration of the Filipino dining culture.
The Mang Inasal jeepney will become a regular mainstay in journey to its succeeding store openings leading up to its 600th branch and onwards.
