On its 30th year, Rockavilla Realty & Development Corp. is gearing for its next phase of expansion, with the second generation of owners at the helm of this Bulacan-based developer.

Marking this new phase entails looking beyond Bulacan (such as Cavite) for more growth opportunities and transferring its base to a new location. By next year, Rockavilla Realty will be moving to its new office: the Rocka Commercial Complex in the town of Plaridel, from its present site, Rocka Building in Guiguinto.

As it expands its footprint, Rockavilla is now drawing upon its extensive experience and the lessons learned from its founders over the last three decades, which saw the development of 15 sprawling, thriving subdivisions across Bulacan. There is much wisdom indeed that can be drawn from Rockavilla’s history, considering that it has survived several boom-and-bust cycles in the Philippine economy.

Here are a few highlights of how the company has grown and flourished throughout its three-decade history.
