Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has made its presence felt in Bacolod City with two new residential projects and groundbreaking for a 200-room hotel, called Citadines.
“Bacolod is a very important market,” said Jose Soberano III, CLI chief executive officer, in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Soberano said the company was “excited to serve the evolving lifestyle and market needs” of Bacolod folk and also “contribute to the economy of the city.”
CLI is building the Casa Mira Bacolod, a 4.5-hectare project featuring 431 townhouse units and Velmiro Plains Bacolod, an 8.35 hectare development with 324 single-detached house and lot units.
CLI is also breaking ground for the P1.34-billion Citadines Bacolod City. Located along the city’s main thoroughfare on Lacson Street, the hotel sits on a 4,502-square meter lot and will have 14 floors with gross floor area of 24,861 square meters./TSB
