Sun Life named best life insurance brand
For the sixth year in a row, Sun Life of Canada (Philippines) Inc. was the only life insurance company to land in Campaign Asia’s survey of the Top 100 Brands in the Philippines.
Top 100 Brands in the Philippines is part of a region-wide study entitled Asia’s Top 1000 Brands.
The results are based on a survey developed by Campaign Asia-Pacific in partnership with global information and insights provider Nielsen.
Sun Life Philippines CEO Benedict Sison said: “As such, to be named by Filipinos as their most trusted life insurance company is truly a great honor.”
Ayala exec among Asia’s ‘superwomen’
Maria Victoria Tan, Ayala Corp. head of group risk management and sustainability unit, was included among Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen, an annual listing of exceptional female sustainability leaders in the region.
Only 27 women from 11 countries were chosen out of 126 nominations from 20 countries across Asia.
These “Sustainability Superwomen” were selected by an international jury, who reviewed nominees’ contributions in, among others, leading change through sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen is a nonprofit project initiated by CSRWorks International.
