U-Bix affiliate gears up for major expansion program
Facilities Managers Inc. (FMI), an affiliate of office machines supplier U-Bix Corp., is embarking on an expansion program that aims to build the company into a P1-billion business in five years.
“We are doing P600 million now, we hope to build the business organically, improve our systems further and expand to areas outside Metro Manila, hoping to hit the P1-billion mark in five years,” company chairman Edilberto Bravo said.
Bravo said that the company plans to expand to Central and Western Visayas and to Northern Mindanao, particularly Davao.
FMI also plans to offer new products and services.
The company, which recently celebrated its 15th year in the business, provides professional facilities management services to 350 clients that include banks, hospitals learning institutions, manufacturing companies and business process outsourcing companies.
FMI, which employs 4,000 people, is the master franchisee in the Philippines of American firm ServiceMaster.
