Driven by a vision, SMDC scores big wins

It was a well-deserved recognition of its stellar achievements that did not only allow more Filipinos to realize their dream of owning a home, but also gave them access to luxurious urban living.

The grand slam wins of SM Development Corp. (SMDC) at the 7th Property Guru Philippines Property Awards 2019 were clearly a testament of how the company continues to strive to fulfill the vision of its chairman, Henry Sy Jr.—which is for the “Philippines to be a nation of homeowners” and for more Filipinos to have “a better life, primarily with a roof on our heads and a good, clean environment to live in.”
