FDC Misamis Power Corp. has signed a Memorandum of Agreement for a power supply deal with HEAD International Holding GmbH, the Austria-based manufacturer and marketer of premium sports equipment and apparel.
HEAD, which is setting up its production facility at the Phividec Industrial Estate in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental, is expected to boost agri production, create job opportunities and spur community development with the expected higher demand for rubber.
FDC Misamis, a leading supplier of affordable and reliable electricity to Phividec locators, will play a crucial role as it will provide HEAD’s entire power requirements.
Juan Eugenio L. Roxas, the power firm’s president and chief executive, said he was grateful to HEAD for choosing FDC Misamis.
“Thank you for trusting us for your power needs. We promise to always provide secure and reliable service. We look forward to a long and formidable partnership,” Roxas told HEAD executive vice president and chief operating officer Gerald Skrobanek.
