The high zone—which is from the 43rd floor to the 57th—is expected to have between 12 and 14 units per floor, with each unit ranging from 70 sqm to 349 sqm. The mid zone, which will occupy the 28th floor to the 41st floor of the tower, will have the same number of office spaces per floor as the high zone section. Sizes range from 93 sqm to 464 sqm. The building’s 16th floor to 27th floor comprise the low zone, which will have 14 units per floor. The sizes of office areas in this zone are between 93 sqm and 411 sqm.

Office units at the DDT Sky Tower are designed to be modular and can be easily reconfigured and combined with other office spaces depending on the needs of the clients. DDT Sky Tower is accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and is aiming to be LEED certified. Meanwhile, future tenants and locators will be provided will ample parking spaces with quick and easy access driveways, as well as retail shops and a food court area to further ensure convenience and comfort.
