Dutch watchmaker TW Steel celebrates 10th anniversary in the PH
MANILA, Philippines – Commemorating 10 extraordinary years of fine craftsmanship and modern design in the Philippines, celebrated watch brand proudly launches limited edition watch.
With only 320 pieces available, the TW Steel X is set to be a highly-covetable timepiece especially for watch collectors and fans of the Dutch premium watch brand.
Starting out in The Netherlands back in 2005, TW Steel was founded by father-and-son duo, Ton and Jordy Cobelens. From a simple conversation regarding the rising popularity of oversized watches that time, the Cobelens took a big leap of faith and developed TW Steel.
From the comforts of his own home, Ton started realizing their dream as he designed and produced TW Steel’s very first collection. This gave birth to the brand’s now known classics – TW1, TW2, TW3, and TW4.
As the brand gained attention in Europe and Asia, it was officially launched in the Philippines in October 2009 by Lucerne Jewellers and quickly became a hit among local watch collectors.
Its first standalone store in the world opened in Manila just a year later. TW Steel’s Podium branch soon saw the addition of nine more stores all over Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu City.
The brand’s instant popularity in the Philippines can be easily attributed to its fresh, innovative, and trendy designs matched by excellent quality at great price points.

The limited edition TW Steel X is a beautifully-crafted dual time watch powered by Swiss chronograph movement by Ronda AG. It is encased inside a 44mm high-grade 316L steel case with an elegant brushed finish. Sporting a bezel design with 8 screws and a polished finish on the sides, each TW Steel X comes with a silicon rubber strap, a durable sapphire coated crystal, and is waterproof up to a depth of 10 ATM.
