Community developer Empire East recently unveiled the finished structures of its contemporary modern development found at the heart of Old Sta. Mesa in Manila recently during the topping off ceremony of the Covent Garden project.

This two high rise tower-development located beside a major access road, Santol Extension, boasts of a modern yet simple design that merges wide-open spaces and luscious gardens with first class amenities found amidst a peaceful residential and commercial neighborhood. Future residents anticipate the various recreational amenities that include a lap pool, a kiddie pool, an outdoor bar & lounge, a function hall for use in celebrations, a playground for the children, and for health enthusiasts, a jogging trail, and a fitness gym.

“Covent Garden is envisioned to provide a colorful and modern addition to the Santa Mesa Manila skyline that provides future homeowners with a lifestyle of total enjoyment,” said Empire East President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu.

“Empire East is truly looking forward to finally provide a secure haven for the active community of students and business professionals looking to the prestigious Manila Universities and the Central Business Districts of Quezon City and Makati,” Atty. Yu further said.

Located within a residential and commercial neighborhood, Covent Garden also serves as a gateway to the city’s vital hubs through nearby transportation lines. The strategic location of the property gifts future residents the luxury of time they deserve.

Empire East has recognized the desire of Filipinos to spend more time for themselves and their families; and the hours they spend on the road to and from work robs them of this luxury. The property developer on its 25th year has strengthened its commitment to further develop transit-oriented communities like Covent Garden.
