Sta. Lucia bags top honors in property tilt
Trusted property developer Sta. Lucia Land reaped three of the most coveted honors at the 2019 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to quality and excellence across its developments.
Sta. Lucia Land president Exequiel Robles bagged two distinct recognitions namely the Prix D’Excellence Award-Property Man of the Year, and the Diplomate in Real Estate, which aptly acknowledged his significant contributions to the local property industry. The publicly listed company likewise bagged a Gold Award as Outstanding Developer in the Hotel Category in Visayas for its Arterra Hotel and Resort in Mactan, Cebu.
These recognitions were conferred by the Philippine chapter of the International Real Estate Federation or FIABCI-Philippines during the awarding ceremony held last week.
“We thank the FIABCI-Philippines for the recognition, which is a significant feat for the whole Sta. Lucia Group. These awards came at the most opportune time, given the increasingly stiff competition among local property developers, who are all vying to gain the confidence of today’s homebuyers and investors,” Robles said.
“Indeed, these awards are a fitting tribute to all the hard work, expertise and innovations we have put in for more than four decades now. These will surely inspire us to create, for our aspiring homebuyers, more quality, affordable homes that are built to last. The homes and communities we create do not only provide roofs over their heads. More importantly, these also help uplift the quality of their lives, enabling more Filipinos to create and leave their own legacy for their families,” he added.
Sta. Lucia Land has more than 210 projects across the country, with developments ranging from resort inspired homes, golf courses and country clubs, condotels and lakeside communities. Its proven strength over the last four decades lies in creating communities that continue to improve the lives of its residents and providing good value to both investors and homebuyers.
Its Arterra Hotel and Resort is among such projects that offer residents and guests their own piece of paradise in Cebu.
Perched at the edge of Punta Engaño, a famed diving destination in Mactan Island, the Arterra Hotel and Resort offers stunning views of the ocean and the coastline, key amenities for a relaxing getaway, and exclusive country club life with Arterra’s membership-only North Point Peninsula and Resort Club.
