Breathtaking Balesin for summer

What’s new in paradise? The Philippines has some of the most beautiful and amazing beaches and island coastlines in the world. Among thousands of islands, Balesin Island in Polillo, Quezon is just breathtaking.

Balesin Island is a property of Alphaland Corp., a private company majority owned by its chairman Roberto Ongpin. It is because of his incredible vision and direction that the island has become an award-winning private luxury resort.

The resort was masterplanned by EcoPlan of Miami, Florida to optimize ecological sustainability. Runoff from the 1.5-km runway of the Balesin Airport provides over 100 million liters of water annually, which passes through several man-made lakes and filtration to provide potable water. Used water is also recycled for landscaping during the summer.

Balesin is a world in itself with seven villages authentically patterned after the most alluring vacation destinations in the world: Mykonos (Greece); St. Tropez (France); Costa del Sol (Spain); Toscana (Italy); Bali (Indonesia); Phuket (Thailand); and Balesin (Philippines).

Balesin has outdone itself again with its newest masterpiece—the first of the four Regency Private Villas, Villa A.

This jewel has a total of 20 bedroom suites and has a Pan-Asian architectural style that is similar to the existing Balesin Private Villas. The new Regency Private Villa can host a maximum of 68 persons in its plush suite rooms, has its own private white sand beach, a stunning view of the Lamon Bay, and is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

It is located near the soccer field and Bali Village, and is approximately 5 minutes away from the Clubhouse.

Regency Villa A sits on a 6,000-sqm lot. On its main floor, there is a spacious salon with comfy couches and a lush indoor greenscape, an internet room, a business center, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a splendid veranda, and a spectacular 400-sqm infinity freshwater swimming pool with an integrated saltwater whirlpool. In addition, by the beach and pool area are four chic cabañas for dining, drinking, and leisurely lounging.

On the lower ground floor, there is an enormous entertainment area with a bar for late-night cocktails and a lounging area, where you can play billiards and table tennis with family and friends. On the same floor, there is also a poker room, a massage room, a karaoke and TV lounge, as well as a gym.

There are eight two-bedroom suites and four one-bedroom suites, located on the upper floor and main floor.

After Balesin Regency Villa A, Balesin will be completing Villas B, C, and D within the next several months. After the completion of the Regency Private Villas, there will be a total of 52 bedroom suites in four different Regency Villa structures.

The Regency Private Villa is the perfect venue for families and groups of friends to relax and reconnect in low-key luxury. Gather the whole family or friends to enjoy the laid-back luxury, and stunning beachfront views in this latest masterpiece. It is beautiful and you will love it!
