JLL goes big this Q1 as they take key and leading roles in PH real estate’s biggest events

JLL continues to trail blaze as an industry thought leader through active participation in milestone events organized by leading proponents of the Philippine real estate industry.

Just recently, JLL Philippines’ Country Head Christophe Vicic was elected as the Awards Chairperson for the 7th Property Guru Philippines Property Awards. The Property Guru Philippines recognizes projects on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainable Development, Design and Construction, Building Communities, Customer Care, and Public Facility. The competition holds the gold standard in the Philippine real estate sector- recognizing development, design, and innovation. 

JLL’s Christophe Vicic will head the judging panel together with respected industry experts, which includes, among others, Jaime Cura, Ph.D. of RGV Group of Companies who Vicic succeeds as chairman. Nominations and entries for more than 35 competitive award categories are still open and will close on May 3 and May 10 respectively. The gala dinner and awards ceremony for the 7th Property Guru Philippines Property Awards will be held on July 5, 2019.

JLL also headlines in Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philippine Conference: The Future Summit on April 4, 2019 where Jordan Kostelac, JLL’s PropTech Director opens the forum as a keynote speaker. JLL takes the stage to share its expertise at the country’s annual real estate summit for technology and innovation by further defining the Real Estate Digital Ecosystem.  Jordan Kostelac gives his insights about property technology and innovation in real estate which are important in guiding the local market on how to build an effective environment around new technologies while maintaining relevance and efficiency. JLL locally and internationally participates in ULI’s programs to better understand and work with the local real estate market in transforming the Philippine real estate industry to a more sustainable and future-ready sector, with the ULI Philippine Conference 2019 being one of these initiatives.

Know the POINT is an event initiated by JLL Philippines in partnership with SM Keppel Land Inc. and BDO Unibank held at Ortigas’ newest skyscraper, The Podium West Tower, in cooperation with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines, the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, the British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, and the Urban Land Institute of the Philippines.
