The venture of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corp. is entering Laguna’s affordable housing market with the launch of a new subdivision development with fresh inventory valued at P2.7 billion in San Pablo.
In a statement, PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) said it would launch an 18.5-hectare development with 1,640 units.
PPHI’s housing units have a footprint of at least 40 square meters (sq m) with 44 to 60.5-sq m lot areas. Unit price starts at P1.3 million. A combined unit, meanwhile, is at 80 sq m with a 121-sq m lot area.
For single detached units, price starts at P2.7 million for a 54-sq m two-story unit with a 99-sq m lot area to as much as P3.3 million for a 54-sq m two-story unit with a 131-sq mlot area.
The San Pablo project also pitches activity areas that promote health and fitness. The village will have a clubhouse, swimming pool, water play area, kids’ playground, outdoor cinema and a basketball court.
“PPHI is proud to launch a PHirst Park Homes community in San Pablo, Laguna. True to our brand mission of delivering first homes that are beautiful, well-designed and of good quality at attainable prices, we continue to raise the bar in the affordable housing market,” said Loren Sales, PPHI’s customer management group vice president.
Located along Maharlika Highway in Barangay San Ignacio, PHirst Park Homes is accessible via South Luzon Expressway through the Santo Tomas Exit. It is about 15 minutes away from SM City San Pablo.
After Lipa and San Pablo, PPHI plans to launch more communities in north and south Luzon, having identified growth areas with a high concentration of overseas Filipino worker families, unmet demand for housing, and where infrastructure projects are in place.
Within the next four to five years, PPHI has committed to launch 15 master-planned communities in Calabarzon (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) and Central Luzon with around 33,000 housing units priced for as low as P1 million to no more than P6 million.
PPHI’s maiden launch was in Tanza, Cavite, followed by another project in Lipa City, Batangas.
