Last week, Viking Range hosted a lunch to celebrate its continuing partnership with the Red Charity Gala. For three consecutive years, the kitchen appliance brand has given significant auction items in support of the gala’s fundraising activities.
The annual charity event showcases Filipino ingenuity through artistic executions. It has been raising funds for the Philippine National Red Cross and Assumption High School Batch 1981 Foundation for 10 years. With a retail value of more than P200,000, the Viking Range 30” Rangetop was auctioned off at the last Red Charity Gala.

Chef JP Anglo prepared a locally inspired menu dominated by the rich bounty of the sea. Adding to the meat selection was the delectable Roasted Chicken in Batwan Curry. Dessert stayed truly Pinoy with the Turon dipped in Chocnut Syrup.
