Property developer Anchor Land expects to generate P11 billion in sales from luxury condominium Copeton Baysuites, its third residential development in the Bay area, a major central business and tourism district to date.
“Copeton Baysuites is the expansion of our luxury developments in Bay City. It is master-planned to showcase Anchor Land’s unparalleled commitment to providing handcrafted luxury experience, serving the best interests of our clientele,” Anchor Land president Elizabeth Ventura said in a statement.
The 16-story, tri-tower enclave offers studio-type residential units with a footprint of about 37 square meters (sq m); two-bedroom units, up to 91.6 sq m ;three-bedroom units, up to 188.10 sq m, and four-bedroom units, 261.8 to 464.9 sq m.
The project is situated between City of Dreams and Ayala Mall Bay Area. It also lies close to world-class establishments, such as Solaire Resort & Casino and Okada Manila, in Pagcor City Entertainment City, envisioned to be the country’s version of the Las Vegas strip.
These units are strategically distributed in three towers—the North and South Towers, and the highly exclusive West Tower. The North and South Towers offer studio-type units and two-bedroom residential units which are fully furnished and equipped with future-ready features, the company said.
Meanwhile, the West Tower pitches low-density residential units, built with two to four high-ceiling and spacious rooms, strategically facing the landscape of Manila Bay. This tower is especially built with low-emissivity (low-E) glass panels. These panels make up the curtain wall and are designed to insulate the units, minimize the amount of infrared and UV light that comes through the property, and enable its energy-saving mechanism. The West Tower is also equipped with private elevators, ensuring security and exclusivity for families and top executives.
Copeton Baysuites also pitches “cutting-edge building technologies that guarantee maximum safety and convenience of the residents.” Other amenities include 25-meter lap pools, function halls, mini-theater rooms and karaoke rooms, fitness gyms, outdoor children’s play areas, game rooms, deck seating areas, outdoor lounges, and viewing decks.
