Brighter days ahead for Suntrust Properties
Suntrustees, led by Suntrust Properties president Atty. Harry M. Paltongan, dressed to the nines and filled the halls of the PICC for #TheSuntrustBall2018.
It has been a truly fruitful year for Suntrust Properties Inc.
This trusted property developer is close to hitting its sales target for the year and has further expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Stateland Inc. Suntrust Shanata was cited as the Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Manila by the 6th Philippine Property Awards, while Suntrust Ecotown was given a Gold Award at the 2018 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.
And as the year 2018 draws to a close, Suntrust Properties is taking this opportunity to sustain the momentum in 2019.
Suntrust Properties president Atty. Harry M. Paltongan even challenged everyone to rise up and do better for a greater 2019.
“As you count your sales this year, also prepare for 2019,” Paltongan said during Suntrust’s 3rd Quarter Awards and Christmas party held recently at the Philippine International Convention Center.
Dubbed #TheSuntrustBall2018, the party was a night of glam and fashion as Suntrustees dressed in their very best and filled the halls of the PICC. Everybody looked back and called to mind the goals they set at the end of 2017.
Addressing Suntrust’s sales division heads, Paltongan added: “Your dreams are out there waiting for you. Move forward and continue being inspired. As the company expands in the north and in parts of Mindanao, grow your networks as well. Implement your plans with the participation and help of your people.”
It has always been Paltongan’s motivational call to the entire Suntrust team, “to inspire to aspire for something greater than now.” He believes that every Suntrustee must be inspired to aspire to become bigger, better and brighter every single time.
Suntrust EVP-COO Deanna Jean A. Claveria also expressed her well wishes and reminded the company’s sales team to not go off the rails in their way as they seek to reach their goals.
“We already witnessed so many success stories here at Suntrust so take hold of your aspirations and channel your passion to drive you to pursue your hopes and dreams. Passion is what is behind every success,” Claveria said.
Meanwhile, Suntrust FVP for marketing and sales Jerry R. Rubis commended the Suntrustees for their outstanding production this year.
As Suntrustees were encouraged this holiday season to recharge for the bigger year ahead, Suntrust also paid tribute to the Filipino home with the release of its special Christmas “digiserye.” The 5-minute video shows a family celebrating Christmas eve whose mother, despite already struggling with memory loss, still prepares for the Christmas wishes of her children. This serves as Suntrust’s tribute to the Filipino family’s home, where the people and things we love, as well as our fondest memories will always be tied to, regardless of the passage of time.
It is at home where many of those special and memorable times with our family took place—where your baby took her first steps, impromptu movie marathons with your parents and siblings, being comforted by your mom’s home cooking after a frustrating day at work, Christmas celebrations with the whole family.
