Making quality moments matter

Residents can readily enjoy a sip of their favorite brew at Starbucks, located in the East Bay Retail Row.

For couple Abram and Crystal Lanot, having an “us time” can be quite challenging.

Both are thriving on a highly frenetic pace in a cosmopolitan setting, common among those in the corporate world—with Abram holding an IT job, and Crystal being in sales. While their respective full time jobs require working for at least eight hours in a day, jumping from one meeting to another, the couple would strive to squeeze in some nice quality time with each other amid their hectic schedules.

“A normal workday can be too hectic that we usually don’t get to catch up or talk to each other until we get home. Being in sales, I usually travel a lot and out on field for most days in a week that is why ‘us’ time is very important when we are home,” Crystal related.

“Lately, we decided to exercise three times a week together as a couple—either jogging, swimming or cycling as part of our ‘us’ time and in our attempt to live a healthy lifestyle. During weekends, we prefer to stay at home and watch movies or TV series, away from all the hustle and bustle in the city. We really try not to work on weekends and have that conscious decision to spend quality time with each other and with our loved ones,” she said.

Such luxury of a “quality-time weekend” is what Abram and Crystal are looking forward to once they move in at their new home at East Bay Residences, an expansive 9.7-ha sanctuary that offers the charm and suburban vibe of the Metro South, along with the ease and convenience of being near key districts and institutions.

Located along East Service Road in Muntinlupa City, East Bay Residences by Rockwell Primaries offers residents a laidback overtone in a secure, exclusive community.

Here, residents can further revel in sprawling lush open spaces; an expansive Central Amenity deck with three swimming pools, a function room and fully equipped gym, that will cater to one’s social, lifestyle and wellness needs; and the convenience of having a Retail Row within a pedestrian-friendly community that proves to be conducive to raising families.

It was thus an easy decision to make for the couple, who opted for a three-bedroom bi-level garden unit at the 15-storey Fordham Tower, located within the lush property.

“East Bay is absolutely ideal and practical for both of us… We decided to purchase a unit because it’s value for money compared to other pre-selling projects and it offers accessibility to and from our offices, and for family and guests who would wish to visit us,” Crystal said, as she explained that their current residence is near her office but had quite a distance from Abram’s work. Their home is likewise not as accessible without a car.

“It’s not your usual condominium wherein units seem to be just rooms in a building, because of the spacious corridors and bridgeway. East Bay builds a community for the residents,” Crystal added. “And the clincher for us is the bi-level three-bedroom option with the parking spaces right in front our unit. It feels like we just have our own house and lot, which is what we initially wanted.”

According to Crystal, they heard of East Bay from her sister who was looking for a residential unit. At that time, she admitted that they were considering house and lot options and pre-selling condominium units in the South. But there was no questioning their decision when the couple placed their confidence in the Rockwell brand.

“Yes, this is our first Rockwell investment, and we didn’t have a doubt about it since Rockwell is known to be great developer—it just feels like we are in good hands and nothing will go wrong with our investment,” said Crystal, who is now looking forward to moving in their new home.

“Once we move in, we expect our place and the community to be homey, perfect for our future family,” she concluded.
