DMW putting up 4-tower residential complex

Integrated construction and property development firm D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMW) seeks to become a more significant player in Metro Manila’s residential condominium market by building a four-tower residential complex at Aseana City with potential inventory worth at least P9 billion.

MidPark Towers, composed of four 15-story buildings, offers various sizes, from 36 square meters for a studio unit to 108 sqm for a three-bedroom unit.  Launch price is about P220,000 per square meter.

Through subsidiary Aseana Residential Holdings Corp., DMW has made the first two units available for preselling, consisting of 309 units that are targeted for turnover by 2022.  This brings to the market about P4 billion in fresh inventory.

For all the four towers, DWM expects to build residential units with a combined footprint of 42,000 sqm plus leasable space of 2,000 sqm.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, DMW said the residential hub would have multiple indoor and outdoor gathering space, immediate neighborhood amenities and locational convenience such as airports and lifestyle options. It is also envisioned to reflect modern architecture built in minimalist leanings against a full glass facade overlooking Aseana City’s greenway—a pedestrian park and promenade that stretches from Roxas Boulevard to Manila Bay.

ARHC sold some P1.2 billion worth of units on the grand launch of MidPark Towers.

“The successful reception of the MidPark Towers is a demonstration of our customers’ growing confidence in our ability to deliver quality residential products,” DMW CEO Delfin Angelo Wenceslao said.

“MidPark homeowners want to live in a walkable and well-connected progressive community. They look for a combination of public spaces, innovative entertainment and retail concepts and an environment that is both pedestrian-friendly and transit-oriented,” he added.

MidPark Towers is bordered by Aseana Avenue and Macapagal Boulevard. It is within walking distance from Ayala Malls Bay Area and the planned Light Rail Transit (LRT) Aseana station. MidPark Towers is also situated within two to five kilometers from all terminals of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) and the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (formerly known as Southwest Integrated Bus Terminal Exchange).
