Residential communities by Avida Land have become a staple in many of its parent firm’s sprawling estates.

And this is not without reason: this mid-range brand of property giant Ayala Land Inc. can easily lay claim to having carved a niche in its segment, backed not only by the solid reputation of the Ayala brand, but also by its own impressive project portfolio which Avida Land has built over a span of 28 years.

For the value-conscious market of property seekers, Avida Land is their ticket to the famed Ayala Land lifestyle and standards of quality, while for the investors, this entry level brand offers a lucrative proposition as its assets have shown continued value appreciation over the last two decades.

And so it comes as no surprise that Avida remained a key player in the middle-income market given the sustained demand for its residential condos and residential lots, presented to its clients in various formats. And such a position has been bolstered largely by continuous project launches year after year.

In 2017 alone, Avida Land launched seven new projects valued at P18.52 billion, completed a total of 20 projects, and had turned over 8,156 units to its customers for the same period.  And this year is no different as this trusted brand continued to launch new towers to cater to an ever growing demand.

If you want to tap the opportunity of owning a piece of a reputable brand like Avida Land and experience first hand the famed Ayala lifestyle, you can still do so as there are choice units left in the following projects.

Avida Towers Altura

Avida Towers Altura rises within the 6.6-ha South Park District in Muntinlupa City. This central park integrates a mix of residential, office and retail establishments, allowing residents to enjoy the conveniences of modern living, all within walking distance. Its

expansive, lush greenery allows residents to enjoy an environment conducive to wellness.

Altura’s first tower was launched in November 2012, while the second tower was unveiled in April 2015. Residents in this completed project are now able to enjoy the laid-back vibe of the South. With a few units left, one can grab the opportunity to live in this community.

Avida Towers Sola

This last Avida project in the dynamic Vertis North in Quezon City offers the convenience of having practically everything you need within easy reach. The first tower was launched in March 2016 while the second one was unveiled in February this year.

Notable here is the fact that this early, 96 percent of the units at Tower 1 (targeted for completion by March 2021) had been sold, while Tower 2 (expected to be finished by November 2023) has only a few units left.

Such is the warm reception of the market for Avida Towers Sola, that Tower 2 saw P2 billion in sales in just two months from the time it was launched. The Avida Towers Sola project has in fact achieved a compound annual growth rate of 23.43 percent as of November 2018.

Avida Towers Turf BGC

As with all the other Avida developments, this high rise project in the north side of Bonifacio Global City enjoyed a steady take-up from the time its two towers were launched in May 2015 and August 2017. The launch of Tower 2 even saw P1.65 billion worth of reservation sales.

Another piece good news for all those who bought units in Avida projects in BGC: since the first BGC project of Avida in 2010 (Avida Towers 9th Ave.) until the launch of Turf Tower 2 in August 2017, Avida already recorded a 9 percent compounded annual growth rate, and its property values continue to appreciate today.
