When one thinks of New York, a number of different influences fused harmoniously together come to mind. For starters, try the Spanish-inspired Chorizo and Cheddar Croquetas to inspire your palate. While waiting for your mains, sample the delectable Baked Mussels, or opt for the Potato Skins Platter that comes in either smoked salmon, beef brisket and tuna.
What is New York without pizza and pasta? Among Flatiron’s bestseller is the Four-Cheese Pizza in béchamel or tomato sauce, baked generously with mozzarella, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, plus blue cheese to take it up a notch.
